With streamlined design and the same high-quality components that have made AmeriVacS vacuum sealers the best in the industry, the CAVN is defined by its plug-and-play retractable nozzle and gas purge vacuum sealing functionality. At the push of a foot pedal the CAVN flushes oxygen and moisture out of your packages with an inert gas (of your choice); its automated stainless-steel nozzle then subsequently retracts before its 1/4” wide-sealing element delivers a leak proof seal to any kind and thickness of flexible bags including clear, foil (Mylar), mil spec and ESD bags. In a matter of seconds your components are sealed and protected from the threats of oxygen and moisture.

Clean room compatible with precision components the CAVN leads the industry in seal speed while delivering clean wrinkle-free seals without any bag distortion. Of key significance, like the AVN, AVP and AVS, the CAVN will not fire an impulse until the upper and lower jaw completely meet, further ensuring operator safety and uncompromised seal integrity.
