Unlike electromechanically driven vacuum sealers, our characteristic AmeriVacS design prevents particle generation and oil contamination that often leads to costly maintenance and downtime.

With streamlined design and the same high-quality components that have made AmeriVacS vacuum sealers the best in the industry, the AVS-20 is defined by retractable nozzle vacuum sealing functionality. At the push of a foot pedal the AVS-20 draws a vacuum around your products; its automated stainless-steel nozzle then subsequently retracts before its 1/4” wide-sealing element delivers a leak proof seal to any kind and thickness of flexible bags including clear, foil (Mylar), mil spec and ESD bags. In a matter of seconds your components are sealed and protected.

Clean room compatible with precision components the AVS leads the industry in seal speed while delivering clean wrinkle-free seals without any bag distortion. Of key significance, like the AVN, AVP and CAV, the AVS-20 will not fire an impulse until the upper and lower jaw completely meet, further ensuring operator safety and uncompromised seal integrity.
